Coffee Shop Hours: 

On weekend mornings, Moon Hollow Brewing becomes Moon Hollow Brewing...Coffee! We are open for morning cafe hours serving up all our usual nonalcoholic beverages like nitro cold brew, tea lattes, lemonade, and craft soda. Plus! Hot and Iced espresso beverages.

Our owner and former brewer, bakes all bagels and pastries from scratch in Millstone Kitchen. Pastry option include scones, croissants, and cinnamon rolls. We have both sweet and savory pastry options. 

 

The bagels are an adaption of a traditional water bagel recipe. They are boiled in a combination of water and Hyperion Helles Lager. The resulting texture is both chewy and fluffy. The cream cheeses are also all made in house with seasonal flavors.

We do not serve beer/seltzer during coffee shop hours! Beer service begins at noon on weekends!
